This year at AEEC we have comcentrated on muscle development. To help us get stronger we have been doing systematic rhythmic bodily exercises (e.g., jumping jacks, push-ups), usually performed without an apparatus. Calisthenics promote strength, endurance, flexibility, and general well-being by placing regular demands on the cardiovascular system.
