Lets Get It Started!

2011!!!  Get up... Get moving!!

Make a commitment to doing some sort of physical activity every single day for at least 60 minutes. This can be shooting some hoops, walking the dog, running on the treadmill. The possibilities are endless. But you have to make the commitment and stick to it.
Find a workout buddy. Rope in your parents if you have to. If your parents need some motivation to get fit and stay fit, plan a workout schedule that works for both of you. This way you can use each other as motivation.
A workout routine becomes a habit in approximately 3 weeks. So make sure you consistently stick to whatever plan you make for 3 weeks. After that point, your routine will have become a habit and it won't be so difficult to motivate yourself to stick to it.
